Red Hots!
A few years ago, I made a set of long necked ladies in shades of yellow and orange and was recently asked to create a custom ACEO in the same theme. I came up with this group of pretty girls with lots of tattoos and jewels. They're done in marker, ink and colored pencils. I had a lot of fun making these and going back to a style of art I used to create in. Blast from the past!

Three stunners! I love a limited palette. These are totally gorgeous with their long hair and tattoos and jewels. Why is this style in the past, I wonder!
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure! I think I just became a bit bored with it and moved on to something else. But it was fun making them on the weekend so maybe I'll make a few more in the same style.
Deletesmokin hot sexy babes, this is one of my favorite styles you do, love the half body, and long necks , the color palette consists of my 2 most fav colors too,
ReplyDeleteThey're awesome! So much like what you used to do but so much different at the same time. They seem more expressive and mysterious, I think!
ReplyDeletethese are wonderful!
ReplyDeletei love that you have a style, one that i recognize, even if it is older.
Looooove them! And they're even in my favorite colours!
ReplyDeleteThey are gorgeous, Sal! I share Sarah's feeling that their faces in particular have evolved. They are thinking about things behind those eyes! Their hair is especially gorgeous.
